on your average snow day...

here is what we did today, an average snow day at the reveleys.

about 7 a.m. we find out that there is no school! *mini celebration time!!!!
Daddy wakes up with Caedmon and plays with Shep when he wakes up (after 8ish)
Mommy wakes up late, feeds Shep when he needs to (about 9 a.m.)

Breakfast and playtime; we made up a new game "Go Fish For Forks" its like go fish but if you get a #7 you get a fork. the first person with three forks was the winner. I've got one creative boy! :)

Daddy does work
Mommy cleans the house
Shep naps about three 40 minute or more naps
Caedmon does a millllllllion different activities including but not limited to: rockin' out, drumming, playing with cars, coloring, drawing, playing every board game he has, eating snacks, making goofy games up, watching videos on youtube if we let him, playing with shep (kissing him, blowing rhaspberries on his belly), making a million messes, doing blocks, and much more)

dessert time - special treat! we made Ziplock Bag Ice Cream!

creative time - today mommy made Caedmon a guitar strap for his homemade guitar. I've been wanting to do this forever, but just found the time!

daddy snow blows, the snow finally calmed down a bit


dinner time - we made a "TACO BELL RESTAURANT" per his request. he's never been to a taco bell, but thinks he likes it. he did eat a taco and i made these awesome enchiladas!
after dinner -we actually let caedmon watch tv. he watch alvin and the chipmunks. He was very thankful, but we had to let him do something; he was getting stir crazy

chill time for mommy and daddy; catching up on our favorite tv shows! wheeeew!
what a great day, and i was in my jammies the whole time!
