january where did you go?!

January was a blur, a good one - a GREAT ONE! we spent much of our time inside because there have been over 40 inches of snow!

Back to school on the 3rd of Jan
Snow days start piling up
Jan 10-13th Uncle Wes came to visit. It was so great to have him around. Caedmon was in his element just playing with Wes, making up games, and playing with wes' smart phone.
We took wes to Boston one night, ate some amazing food and enjoyed time in the city. we also had a snow day when he was here.
Jan 16th - my bday! it was nice to celebrate with my boys and laura and ryan brought me a cake. The bears played in the playoffs and won!
jan 17th - no school so i had a shopping day with the girls

caedmon january update:
- loves playing cards; crazy eights and uno
- loves board games; chutes and ladders, curious george discovery beach, and HI HO Cherry-o; he schools us all in them!
- is becoming a great eater! he is eating us out of house and home - especially loving chicken nuggets and even healthy food (apple sauce, corn, apples, rice, etc.)
- he is hilarious! caedmon always has a smart comment or come back or sly smile to end our conversations!
- he loves the snow, enjoyed sledding and mostly eating the snow
- he learned what a tattoo was recently, funny. he said he can get one when he's a rockstar
- really loves HANSON music
- has been waking up tooooo early and throwing fits many mornings. he has had tv taken away a lot of this month...uck
-turned 3.5 years this month. can't believe he's getting so big!

shepherd update:
- turned 3 months old
- loves to laugh and smile at everyone
- very laid back and very chill, easy going, and EASY!
- shep can roll over, does even better when you help him
- enjoys his monkey rattle toy and crunchy "book" toy
- has the cutest smile!
- is about 14-15 lbs
- a good eater, patient if he has to wait to eat, usually eats every 3 hours
- sleeping very well, waking up only once a night
- likes to look at books and loves when we do reading time
- melts my heart and pretty much everyone who knows him. he's just a sweetie!
- call him "momma's boy!" because i obsess over his cuteness and always steal him from daddy the minute i get home!
