Today is Christmas Eve day! This year is such a blurrrr! It is the first Christmas we aren't travelling home to WI or AR. But, we are very thankful for our boys here and to have a nice quite break from work/school and to be with eachother. We have pretty much completely spoiled our boys, along with the rest of the world! a lot of great gifts are pilled up under the tree and there is a lot of love!
I must admit, i haven't been in the Christmas Spirit as much as usual. Not sure why, but hope to be reminded of it tonight at the Christmas Eve service and tomorrow morning when we share the Christmas story and pray with our sons.
I will be cooking up a storm tomorrow, even if its just for me and ryan. Got a live lobster cooked up today to make homemade lobster bisque for the first time, also some fresh scallops for bacon-wrapped scallops. We'll be doing gormet pizzas and lots of treats. I'm excited to spend the day eating and opening presents!
